Work for the last 20 years has involved extensive international arbitration and ADR, acting as counsel for major companies before Tribunals and in mediations. Specialist experience as a lawyer in Construction and Civil Engineering projects, IT/Telecoms and Energy/Oil & Gas work.
Very experienced as a mediator and one of the recognised leaders in the field, often in high profile and substantial disputes. Successful recent mediations involved an alleged Art Fraud, Final Account on a Shopping Centre Development, a Process Plant failure, Insurance policy issues, and Shareholder disputes. International experience includes appointments by the ICC and LCIA as mediator, as well as arbitrator.
