Karim Mohamed is both a mediator and has also represented parties in mediation. In other words, he knows how mediation works.
Karim was a senior solicitor with a large city firm in London for 10 years, then Partner and head of the Professional Negligence Department at a firm in Norwich. He is now based in the south-east as head of the Professional Negligence Team at a respected firm.
He is recognised as a specialist in negligence claims against professionals, including solicitors, surveyors and accountants, for which the 2002 Legal 500 noted "… he attracts work nationally…"
Trained as a commercial mediator, Karim brings a wealth of experience over a wide range of disputes including contract and partnership disputes, contested probate and estates matters, landlord & tenant issues and his own area of specialism – professional negligence claims.
