Brian Eagles is a Mediator, Co-Mediator and Adjudicator in entertainment, media and commercial matters. He has undertaken many music, film and publishing mediations as well as a major mediation involving passing off. He has recently taken part in an arbitration in New York regarding a major film distribution dispute.

Sole Arbitrator and Party Appointed Arbitrator in American Film Marketing Association and American Arbitration Association proceedings and upon appointment by the President of the Law Society of England and Wales and the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Represents clients both national and international and both corporate and personal in the field of music, film production, financing and distribution, theatre, sponsorship, merchandising and sports. Brian has significant experience with advising clients in the TV and satellite field involving distribution, programming, transmission and re-submission disputes including the setting up of documentation between Sky and clients in terms of programme and management agreements. He has also advised an Asian satellite company involving seven channels distributing media in the UK.

In the music world, his personal clients have ranged through the decades from The Hollies and The Stranglers through to the classical field including Sir Georg Solti. Talent represented in the film and TV world has included Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Rex Harrison, Ralph Richardson, Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran, Topol and Bruce Forsyth.

Has represented major English and multi-national companies on domestic and international litigation, arbitrations and mediations; has advised and represented clients in public enquiries; disciplinary proceedings and before Regulatory Authorities.
